All yardage orders are printed and cut to order, therefore, all fabric and wallpaper yardage orders are final sale.
We do not offer Cuttings for Approval (CFA) at this time since our fabrics are digitally printed to order.
Some color differentiation may occur from swatch or previous orders, and we recommend ordering all materials needed in one order. A buffer of 20% or more is recommended.
We have a minimum order of 3 yards for fabric and 1 yard for wallpaper.

Lead Times:
Wallpaper and fabric have a lead time of approximately 10–14 business days, plus shipping time.
Our samples ship within 2-3 business days if they are in stock.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping within the continental United States via UPS for yardage orders and USPS for samples.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. please refer to the tracking number sent to you to check the status of you order.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-printed and cut-to-order wallpaper and fabric which is why we highly encourage ordering samples.
Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it enters our production queue and cannot be canceled or modified. please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or defective items: We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. however, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt at support@adrianafranco.com. Provide your order number and photographs of the issue. we will work with you to arrange a replacement as appropriate.
Quality Assurance: All products are carefully inspected before shipping. we advise customers to inspect their orders upon receipt and before any cutting or installation. if any issues are found, please contact us immediately. No cut yardage will be accepted for return.

Our fabrics and wallpaper are not guaranteed against wear, stains, soils, heat, or sunlight.

FABRIC CARE:

We recommend Professional Spot Cleaning Only
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
Use mild, water-free solvents for spot cleaning (test on a hidden area first).
Avoid water-based cleaners, as they may damage or discolor the fabric.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve color and integrity.
Do not machine wash or dry clean.
UPHOSLTERY: We reccommend using our fabrics on furniture pieces that are lightly used like headboards, bed skirts, benches, ottomans, chair backs and lampshades. If you plan to use our fabric on more heavily used furniture pieces, we strongly recommend fiber sealing our textiles prior fabrication.

WALLPAPER CARE:

Lightly brush with a soft surface feather duster to remove dust.
Never use cleaning agents to remove a stain, As with fabric, scrubbing can cause fading.
Grasscloth is a natural handcrafted wallpaper with unique variations and irregularities in texture, color, and weave, which is an inherent quality of this material. when installed, the seams between the panels of grasscloth will be visible. This paper is not suitable for high moisture areas such as bathrooms with showers or bathtubs.
